About us 
 Adeola Moore

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Moore began her journey in the world of work at the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank as a teller clerk and was later transitioned to a Loans Division Clerk.
​
She later worked in the United States as a contracted Evaluator for A.G. Edwards Investments, an American financial service holding company now known as Wells Fargo Advisors. She later gained additional experience through employment at Citi Group – an American multinational investment bank and financial services corporation – where she served as a Funding Operations Specialist.

In 2007, Ms. Moore began working as a Senior Tax Inspector at the St. Kitts and Nevis Inland Revenue Department (SKNIRD). Seven years later, she was promoted to the position of Audit Supervisor with responsibility for the Large & Medium Tax Payer Division Unit. In 2018, she was appointed as an Assistant Comptroller. The following year (2019), she was again promoted to the position of Manager of the International Taxation Unit until October 2022.

Ms. Moore holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies (2005) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems (2003), both obtained from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri USA.

Ms. Moore is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Captain Ludel Harvey-Lloyd joined the SCASPA’s team in 2000 as a trainee pilot. Since then, Capt. Harvey-Lloyd built an extensive portfolio of pilot training ranging from Trinidad, Jamaica and the United States of America. He was one of the first SCASPA personnel to be trained and certified as a Port Facility Safety Officer (PFSO). In 2013 Harvey-Lloyd was appointed Chief Pilot with responsibility for cruise vessel manoeuvring. Captain Harvey-Lloyd has piloted some of the largest ships in the world into our Port Zante Cruise Terminal, namely the Allure of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas, and Harmony of the Seas. He currently holds the position of Operations Officer of the Marine Division where he performs piloting duties and oversees cruise and marine operations.

Mr. Kervin Freeman is attached to the Seaport Operations Department and currently holds the position of Cargo Operation Manager. Mr. Freeman has dedicated 17 years of service to the Authority and has served in several capacities. Throughout his years at SCASPA, Mr. Freeman has earned certificates in areas of Port Management, Sustainable Freight and Finance, Container Operations, Port Reception Facilities and Waste Management and Health & Safety Compliance Management.

Company Profile

Before 1993, the airport and seaport operated as two separate entities, the seaport under the name of the St. Christopher & Nevis Ports Authority and the Airport under the name of the Golden Rock Airport.
